SHIPPING POLICY

Shipments are sent by either 1st / 2nd / 24hr tracked / 48hr tracked class Royal Mail post (make your selection at checkout).

All shipments will be packaged securely in a carboard mailer/small parcel box.

RETURN POLICY

While we are confident you will love your purchase we know that sometimes issues can arise. If for any reason you have any problems with your order or delivery please feel free to send me an email at TheVillageWaxery@Gmail.Com and i will respond as quickly as possible and do what i can to rectify any problems.

Our melts are made with 100% soy wax which means they are cruelty free & suitable for vegans.

As of January 2021 all our packaging is now 100% recyclable too so please recycle accordingly.
